Policies

All sessions are 50-55 minutes unless otherwise noted. Payment is due in full upon purchase of any number of sessions.

24-hour notification is required for Private cancellations. 12 hours for classes. Exceptions will be made for emergencies, illness, and inclement weather. No show and late cancellations will be charged in full.

Private session 4 packs are good for 75 days from date of purchase.

Group class packs are good for 50 days from date of purchase.

Gift certificates are good for 90 days from the date of purchase with no exceptions.

Students are not allowed to attend classes if they have a cold, flu or other contagious illness to prevent the spread to teachers and other students.

Students must wear sticky socks in the studio.

Students are recommended to wash or sanitize hands before beginning their session.

Students must not wear perfume in the studio out of respect for those with sensitivies to scents that can cause migraines.

No zippers on clothing if working on the Pilates equipment (it can tear the vinyl)
