Hi, my name is Susan. I am a former professional dancer and choreographer. I own a boutique Pilates Studio located in Dayton, Ohio.  This means you get small group classes, duets and private training with me.

It’s important to me that my space is a safe and judgement free studio for Pilates, Strength Training, and Self Massage.

Whether in studio or through my on demand classes, my passion for teaching lies in helping my students get out of pain and back to doing the things they love to do.

Based on what YOUR body needs, you will work through Pilates, Strength, and Self Massage exercises that focus on opening up your tight areas, and then building strength and length in your body. You will learn to become more aware of your body and use the alignment cues you learn from me and apply them to your everyday life. My approach will help you move more easily, freely and with less pain so you can keeping doing the things you love.
